We are seeking a Contact Center Sales Representative to join our team in Canada. The Contact Center Sales Representative is responsible for selling our Offshore Call Center, Employee Resourcing Solutions and generating new clients, focused in the medium to large business market.

This is a 100% Commission based ***Residual Income position. Strong Sales Agents can expect earn between 100K to 200K Annually. The magnitude of the project calls for a large sales force and there are numerous positions including sales, sales supervisors with an opportunity to move into sales management.

Main duties
Sells innovative Information Technology solutions to medium to large businesses

Determines the needs of each business and finds the ideal solution

Helps clients understand the costs and value of these solutions in order to make a timely decision to purchase

Uses a variety of technology (tablet and/or laptop) to complete purchase agreements and process documentation after completion of sale

Provides daily progress reports and updates to accurately collect sales and purchase data using tools including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and other industry software

Participates in sales training (classroom and in field) and mentorship programs

Performs other duties as required

Work independently within tight time constraints as directed

5+ Years Outside Sales Experience

Ability to work from Home

You’ll be Selling: Multimedia Services l Technology and Contact Center Solutions in Canada + Internationally.

Own vehicle (In the event you need to meet clients face to face)

Have a good track record of face to face media sales (B2B or consumer)

Be happy to generate leads and ‘sell’ over the phone as well as in a face to face environment

Love to Sell

Very strong work ethic

Phone sales experience, inbound and outbound

Ability to learn web technology products

Ability to understand a client’s needs and present possible solutions

Excellent command of the English language

Ability to thrive in a commission environment

Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and new duties

Diligence in follow up and excellent organizational skills are a MUST!

Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience or skills:

Knowledge of web hosting (domains, website construction, email, ftp, etc.)

Technical sales experience

Proven success working sales exclusively over the phone or email
