Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary

We are a mission-drive, fast growing, professional services organization looking for an IT professional who wants join our team and help individuals and organizations enhance performance at work with mindfulness. You will be part of an international Service Operations Team that provides IT services and support to our facilitators around the globe.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

We need expert sales person to bring us customers for our services. We want customers from all around the world; however, local customers in Toronto, Canada would be highly valuable.

  • Aid in customer on-time-delivery by effectively managing any related backlogs sales orders
  • Provide all aspects of quoting (research, issue, maintain, follow-up, critique).

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in outside sales environment.
  • College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience with technical knowledge of electric drives & controls, linear and assembly products
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability understand and satisfy customer needs
  • Computer literacy with Windows Applications and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • SAP knowledge/experience necessary
  • Outstanding people and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, and a strong effective listener
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment

Company offer generous commission, cell phone and all the advantages after 3 month.

Main duties
Sells innovative Information Technology solutions to medium to large businesses

Determines the needs of each business and finds the ideal solution

Helps clients understand the costs and value of these solutions in order to make a timely decision to purchase

Uses a variety of technology (tablet and/or laptop) to complete purchase agreements and process documentation after completion of sale

Provides daily progress reports and updates to accurately collect sales and purchase data using tools including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and other industry software

Requirements
5+ Years Outside Sales Experience

Ability to work from Home

Own vehicle (In the event you need to meet clients face to face)

Have a good track record of face to face media sales (B2B or consumer)

Be happy to generate leads and ‘sell’ over the phone as well as in a face to face environment

SLIM Enterprises is looking for a Design Intern to help support our software design team with developing websites and mobile applications for iOS and Android.

Position Overview

Responsibilities include

Design user Interface and Interactions for our Web and Mobile apps.
Turn user stories, wireframes, flows, and product requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and easy-to-use UIs.
Interface with our development team and product team to mediate both product and technical requirements in your designs.

Participate in User Testing process, and respond to data gathered from this process.
Create pixel-perfect designs & navigable prototypes before they go for development.
Iterate on interface improvements using data-driven techniques and strong team communication.

All about you

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with some mobile app and web design.
Knowledge of colour palettes, UI elements, screen resolutions, device sizes and pixel-ratios, typography and common design patterns.
Readiness in carrying through designs from hi-fi Sketch files to live production.
A good understanding of the product life-cycle and understanding of design trade-offs at each step in the life-cycle.
A proven ability to bring great ideas from inception to full execution, including measuring results.
Some technical writing ability to help make our visual and text languages clear to our end-users.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Invision, Sketch, and/or other modern design and prototyping software / web tools.
Familiarity with Xcode / Android Studio is a plus.
